About me
For as long as I can remember, I have been deeply fascinated by the human psyche—constantly pondering why we act the way we do, what truly drives our motivations, and how we might change the world for the better. I yearned to learn to think differently, to shape young minds, and to effect positive change. This passion led me directly to become a Philosophy teacher.
Over time, however, I realised that I didn’t just want to passively impart wisdom from the past; I understood that philosophy is a vital, practical tool that can radically impact our everyday lives. This realisation coincided with my discovery of coaching, which proved to be the perfect bridge between two endlessly fascinating fields: psychology and philosophy.
Psychology provides us with essential answers regarding the mechanics of the human psyche, while philosophy teaches us to ask the most relevant questions and analytically apply that knowledge to life. Coaching, in turn, is the intensely practical modality that allows us to look at all of this through an individual, personal lens, helping us to develop tailored tools for support and a clear, actionable plan for moving forward.
This journey from the classroom to the coaching room is the foundation of my practice, ensuring you benefit from both deep wisdom and effective, real-world strategies. Now, I successfully support clients with a wide range of issues related to relationships, self-discovery, and self-care, and I also offer specialised support in Neurodiversity Coaching.
Moreover, I understand the deeply transformative properties of change firsthand. Emigrating, leaving behind my culture, language, family, and friends, was perhaps the biggest adventure and one of the most profound transitions of my life. During that exciting, yet challenging time, navigating the sense of loss and fear of the unknown, I needed someone to offer gentle, professional guidance. Having experienced the power of this type of support myself, I know precisely how invaluable it is.
Therefore, my practice is deeply informed by my passions, which oscillate around Philosophy, Psychology, and Neuroscience, alongside a strong interest in literature, art, and a well-balanced lifestyle. I pride myself on being a trustworthy and empathetic professional, guided by personal integrity and strong values. In my coaching work, I embrace an interdisciplinary approach, eagerly drawing on my diverse education, personal research, and the rich tapestry of both my own and my clients’ life experiences.
If you are someone who is ready to explore your potential and is deeply committed to the process, you are my perfect client! We will navigate the fear of transformation—an inevitable part of any meaningful journey—together, making sure you emerge with clarity and strength.
