“The only true voyage would be not to travel through a hundred different lands with the same pair of eyes, but to see the same land through a hundred different pairs of eyes.”

Create the life you want to live

Philosophy

At its core, Philosophy means the love of wisdom, and in its beginnings, was far more than an academic discipline—it signified the art of living well. This practical emphasis aligns perfectly with the modern definition of coaching, which, according to the International Coach Federation, ‘helps the client to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives.’

Thus, I offer you consultations in Applied Philosophy, merging ancient wisdom with contemporary goal-setting.
Through proven philosophical tools, such as analytical and logical thinking skills, we can look at your current challenges from a range of different, empowering perspectives.

In my work, I primarily use the Socratic questioning method, which guides my clients to find the powerful resources and clarity within themselves in order to take effective actions aimed at creating a fulfilled life that aligns with your core values. I also employ other philosophical theories, especially Stoicism, which helps us clearly define what and how we can influence, and what, in turn, should be let go, as it is ultimately beyond our control.

I invite you to imagine coaching as the younger sister of ancient philosophy—a powerful, focused discipline designed to facilitate the art of thinking in the modern age. This unique approach provides deep clarity and a robust foundation for lasting personal change.

Coaching & Positive Psychology

Coaching is a self-development method based on the principles of positive psychology. It systematically addresses key aspects of the human psyche and interpersonal communication, specifically focusing on unlocking motivation, discovering core values, enhancing emotional processing, and strengthening stress management.

Coaching enables us to look within, providing the space and perspective necessary for profound self-discovery. This journey yields invaluable insights and often leads to unexpected outcomes that can positively transform your life forever. In this relationship, the coach acts as a catalyst for change, simply helping to bring to the surface the latent potential and clarity that is already hidden within you.

Across nearly all spiritual and psychological traditions, the role of a supportive guide in the transformation process is emphasised. Whether it’s a spiritual teacher or, in the Western world, a professional trained in active listening and a non-judgmental, open-minded approach, this external partner is crucial for growth.

I deeply believe that combining the timeless wisdom of our ancestors with the latest advancements in modern neuroscience, humanities, and social sciences provides the optimal, and the most transforming opportunities.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness—the practice of intentionally paying attention to the present moment without judgment—is perhaps one of the greatest pieces of life wisdom available to us.

While the definition sounds simple, the reality is that the modern world constantly distracts us from this state, which many meditation teachers believe is our most natural and comfortable way of being. It is therefore no surprise that this ancient practice, rooted in Eastern traditions, has been revolutionising the Western world since the 1970s, championed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn’s pioneering work. We are overwhelmed by the pace of change and desperately need that inner space to hear our own voice amidst the silence and stillness.

As a long-time practising Buddhist, I draw this profound knowledge directly from the source, and I have deepened my understanding of the practical implications by completing the official Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training programme.

I integrate mindfulness techniques into my coaching practice—whether through guided breathwork or by simply noticing what is happening with you in real-time. This allows for immersive listening, enabling me to pick up on crucial nuances and microexpressions. The body never lies; it tells us so much, and mindfulness helps us hear its wisdom. Mindfulness is not just meditation; it is the broader practice of living everyday life in a more conscious way, and I will expertly help you implement this powerful shift during our meetings.

Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity celebrates the natural, diverse ways human brains are wired, encompassing differences in how we think, learn, and process information.

My keen interest and deep understanding of this matter are rooted in both my professional background supporting students with special educational needs and my life alongside my creative, amazing neurodivergent loved ones. I have long been fascinated by how we perceive stimuli, the varying degrees of sensitivity we possess, and the diverse ways we process sensory information and develop. I am delighted that this topic, alongside psychological education and well-being, is finally gaining the mainstream recognition it deserves.

As a professional experienced and educated in neurodiversity, I warmly invite you to reach out if you feel this lens might apply to you (a formal diagnosis is not necessary). Perhaps you need a clearer understanding of specific issues affecting you, or an adjustment in communication style to better support your unique needs. Alternatively, you might wish to delve deeper into the topic because it affects someone close to you.

Even if none of the above applies, rest assured that my exploration of neurodiversity has profoundly sensitised me to the sheer diversity of the human experience, enabling me to approach every single client with greater individuality, empathy, and tailored support.
